If you’ve recently placed a new order and it’s not visible in the list, please wait for approximately 5 to 10 minutes for the order to appear. If it’s still not visible after this time frame, please contact us for assistance.

What does the order status mean?

Pending

Order payment and verification is pending. Please contact our support team for assistance to complete your order with us.

Processing

Your order has been successfully received, but is yet to be processed by our team. We usually process orders within 1-3 business days from order date.

Hold

Your order is on hold with us, and we need to discuss this with you. Our team will generally have emailed you about this already, but if you've not heard from us, please contact us ASAP

Closed

Your order has been cancelled and refunded. If you did not request this, or you believe there has been an error, please contact our support team.

Pick and Pack

Our team is now preparing your order for dispatch. In this step, stock will be allocated, and your order will be picked and prepared for dispatch. You may see your order in this step for a few days - this indicates that your order is either in the queue to be finalised, or we are awaiting stock allocation to complete your order.

If you are experiencing delays in your dispatch, please keep an eye out for emails from our team as we'll contact you if there are any extraordinary delays or issues impacting your order with us.

Completed

We have finalised and completed your order internally, and it is prepared for dispatch. Tracking details should now be available and you can track your order with our couriers. If your tracking details are missing, please contact our team for assistance.

Click and Collect orders that are collected from our store will see no tracking option available. This also applies if you are based in our local area and our team has hand delivered your order to you.
